About Me

Hello! My name is Hannah and I live in Castle Rock, CO. I am the oldest child of three siblings and both of my parents are business owners. They’ve taught me to have a goal, be disciplined and work hard to be successful. I practice that every day on the court and love that it’s helped me play a competitive game. I am a Pin Hitter and Middle Blocker and began playing volleyball and when I was 12. I’m only 5′ 8″, but when I was 15, I discovered my (31.5″ vertical) hops, which made me love the game even more! My goal is to be a student-athlete at a top Chemical Engineering school that plays in a competitive league… I want my college experience to include giving as much as I can back to the place that is giving me my future. My philosophy on the court is to never give up and to lift up my teammates so that we all reach our full potential together. I am a team player and understand that both teamwork and leadership skills are important to being an excellent athlete. I am very coachable and recognize when I need to improve, and set goals to achieve success. I reach my goals and see my ever-improving abilities by relentlessly pursuing to be better than I am today. My “why” for this sport is to inspire others. I love volleyball and I want others to love it as much as I do.
